This is a list of college softball coaches with 1,000 wins as a collegiate head coach. This list includes games won at the NCAA levels. It does not include games won at the junior college level. Coaches with 1,000 wins at the NCAA Division I level are designated with peach shading.
All-time leaders
At the end of the 2019 season, Carol Hutchins of Michigan remained the all-time NCAA wins leader with 1,616 wins.Mike Candrea has the most NCAA Division I national championships with eight. His.794 winning percentage is also the highest among active Division I coaches.
Melinda Fischer of Illinois State holds the record for most losses as a head softball coach with 818.
