This is a list of trolleybus systems in Italy by Regione. It includes all trolleybus systems, past and present.

However, in 2018 the first section of completed wiring was tested by a trolleybus loaned from the Chieti trolleybus system. After cancellation of the original vehicle order, a new vehicle order was placed in 2019. |
