Lucheng, Kangding
Lucheng Subdistrict, often called Kangding, is one of two subdistricts of Kangding city in Garzê Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in western Sichuan Province in southwest China. Lucheng Subdistrict serves as the seat of the Kangding city government.
