Luisa Porritt
Luisa Manon Porritt is a British politician, who was a Liberal Democrat Member of the European Parliament for London from 2019 to 2020. The election in which she achieved her seat took place on 23 May 2019, and coincided with her thirty-second birthday.
Porritt earned a degree in history from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2008.
Her first experience of elected office came just one year before the European election win, in 2018, when she became a Liberal Democrat councillor for the London Borough of Camden. She won the council ward of Belsize by just nine votes, after a recount.
