Lycodon


Lycodon is a genus of colubrid snakes, commonly known as wolf snakes. The New Latin name Lycodon is derived from the Greek words λύκος meaning wolf and οδόν meaning tooth, and refers to the fang-like anterior maxillary and mandibular teeth.
