Marcel Olteanu


Marcel Olteanu - military officer from Romania. He was born on May 4, 1872 in Craiova and died in 1943 in Bucharest. He graduated from the Military School of Infantry and Cavalry, the Carol I National Defence University. He was awarded the Order of Michael the Brave, the Order of the Crown (Romania).
