Mark Lloyd Mark Lloyd was associate general counsel and Chief Diversity Officer at the Federal Communications Commission of the United States from 2009-2012. He was previously the vice president for strategic initiatives at the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights . He referred to the events in Venezuela as "an incredible revolution." This clip was used to claim that Lloyd generally supports Chavez. Lloyd has stated that he does not support Chavez.
