Mark Smith (athlete)


Mark Richard Smith, is a male former athlete who competed for England.

Athletics career

Smith represented England in the 4 x 100 metres relay winning a bronze medal and also the 4 x 400 metres relay winning a gold medal, at the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He is credited with winning a gold medal and a bronze medal because he ran in the heats that helped England qualify for the finals.
