Martin County School District


Martin County School District, also referred to officially as the School Board of Martin County, is a public school district that covers Martin County, Florida. This School District is rated the #1 performing school district in Florida with excellent testing scores and graduation rates.
Its Superintendent, Laurie J. Gaylord, was first elected in 2012, with her second term ending in November 2020. Following a decision in 2018, the next Superintendent will be appointed rather than elected.
