Mawlid Hayir
Mawlid Hayir or Hon. Mawlid Hayir Hassan, is the regional vice-president of one of the nine divisions of Ethiopia: The Somali regional state. He is a member of the Somali regional parliament and a member of the ruling party Ethiopian Somali People Democratic Party. He is also head of BOE and Co-Chair for the RNCB and hails from the Makayl-Dheere clan of the Gadabuursi.
