Mbara-Yanga language

Mbara, or Midjamba, is an extinct aboriginal language of Queensland. The Mbara people were traditionally the neighbours of the Yanga, Gugu-Badhun, Yirandali, Wunumara and Ngawun peoples.
Yanga was mutually intelligible, but has also been classified as a dialect of Biri.
Speakers of Mbara and related dialects were affected by the gold and cattle rushes during the second half of the nineteenth century.
