Md. Shahinur Islam
Md. Shahinur Islam is a Bangladeshi justice of the High Court Division. He enrolled at the Mymensingh District Bar in 1983 and practised criminal law in the Sessions Court as well as High Court. He was an expert in the Law of Criminal Procedure and Appeals. He also handled quasi-civil matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act, Customs Act, Excise Act and in prosecution cases in Company Law. Elevated to the Bench in 2014. He was appointed in 2015.
