Michigan's 59th House of Representatives district is a legislative district within the Michigan House of Representatives located in Calvin Township, Dowagiac, Jefferson Township, La Grange Township,
Marcellus Township, Mason Township, Newberg Township,
Penn Township, Pokagon Township,
Porter Township, Volinia Township, and Wayne Township in Cass County, as well as all of St. Joseph County. The district was created in 1965, when the Michigan House of Representatives district naming scheme changed from a county-based system to a numerical one.
