Midnight Special (Jimmy Smith album)


Midnight Special is an album by American jazz organist Jimmy Smith featuring performances recorded in 1960 and released on the Blue Note label. The album was recorded at the same session which produced Back at the Chicken Shack.

Reception

The Allmusic review by Scott Yanow awarded the album 5 stars calling it "Highly recommended".
