Mieczysław Tomaszewski


Mieczysław Tomaszewski - musicologist from Poland. He was born in 1921 in Poznań and died on January 14, 2019 in Kraków. He graduated from the Jagiellonian University. He was awarded the Prize of the Foundation for Polish Science, the honorary citizen of Kraków, the Golden Medal for Merit to Culture, the Grand Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
