Minister of State for Prisons
The Minister of State for Prisons and Probation is a junior position in the Ministry of Justice in the British government. It is currently held by Lucy Frazer who took the office on 25 July 2019, becoming the first woman to be the Prisons Minister. The office was created in 2010 by the Cameron–Clegg coalition government.Responsibilities
