The Miss South Dakota's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of South Dakota in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant. The pageant is held in Hot Springs, South Dakota.
Payton Steffensen of Yankton was crowned Miss South Dakota's Outstanding Teen on May 31, 2019 at the Mueller Center in Hot Springs, South Dakota. She competed in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2020 pageant at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center on July 27, 2018 in Orlando, Florida.
