Mitichi is a Romanian director, producer, photographer and art director. Mitichi is known for his fashion projects Feeric Fashion Week and M calendar. Mitichi is based in Sibiu and he is the President of Feeric Fashion Week the project he founded in 2008. As a photographer he won Inspired Fashion Photo contest in 2007 and he founded M calendar, soon after. Starting 2019 he is working at The Fightback film as director and producer He started to work in advertising since he was 18 and he directed commercials and created campaigns for different brands. Vogue Italy says about the creativity of Mitichi in transforming the most random places in catwalk-ready settings. Early life
Mitichi was born on March 5, 1982 in Sibiu, Romania. He spent his childhood in Apoldu de Jos, a small village 40 km away from Sibiu. Spending 14 years there and most of the holidays during the high school Mitichi was working the land with his family but also he was supported to develop his talents in music and painting. Although he started to shoot his first photos on film when he was only 12. As a teenager, he started working as marketing assistant for an advertising agency when he was 18 after he graduated Pedagogical High School of Sibiu in 2000. He studied at the same time the "Babes Bolyai" Psychology University, he graduated in 2003. Due to his activity for the advertising agency Mitichi was named Marketing director of Pan Food, a small chocolate factory in Sibiu and he started to study Marketing at ROGER University Mitichi remembers those years: "After a childhood in the communist era where my only worry was to explore the hills and the trenches in my village, I went to Sibiu, studied and let my imagination go wild. I entered new worlds, continued to explore and find myself in a rich environment, full of new possibilities.". After he graduated the first university for his parents wish he went back to Apoldu de Jos to teach the villagers children in primary school and kindergarten. He was a teacher only for 1 year, 2003-2004 and then returning to Sibiu, he started his own advertising agency alongside his business partner Dumitru Orastean. The advertising agency called MITICHI ideas collaborated with Antena 1 Sibiu, and Mitichi started to produce some TV shows for the local television. Clubbing, Lifestyle and Rising Star were 3 production of Mitichi Ideas for Antena 1. Clients in fashion started to contact Mitichi for campaigns in 2005 and he started to shoot again, fashion photography. 2 years after the same clients ask him to produce their fashion shows and he started to direct and to plan his first project. He founded Feeric Fashion Week on the 2008's summer "I was doing fashion shows for the downtown mall and thought of doing something more. To develop ideas –but, unluckily, the budgets were limited and I was afraid I could reach the plateau. One evening, while I was hanging out with my friends in a restaurant garden in Piata Mica in Sibiu, I imagined how beautiful it would be to have a catwalk there. It would be original and spectacular to have the entire show under the lights of the square, under the sky – the whole thing could only be Feeric " and launched the first edition of M calendar being inspired by Pirelli Calendar
Feeric Fashion Week
has since 2008 developed itself in an international fashion hub for designers coming from more than 20 countries and 4 continents. It is based in Transylvania in the city of Sibiu and it is covered by fashion press like Vogue Italy, Schön Magazine and Euronews. Vogue Italy described it as the most important fashion event of Romania. Vogue Italy also says about the creativity of transforming the most random places in catwalk-ready settings. Schön Magazine is calling Feeric Fashion Week as the greatest fashion week in Eastern Europe. The president of Feeric Fashion Week is Mitichi and it is supported by The City Hall of Sibiu.
Photography
Mitichi was inspired by Peter Lindbergh and Patrick Demarchelier. in 2007 he participated at Inspired Fashion Photo and won this contest. As a photographer he used to work for Romanian fashion brands like, Escudo, Tenue de Saf, Anka's, Xtravagance, Carla Rosinni, Sibeins and Saga. He shoot editorials and catalogs in Dubai, Buenos Aires, Berlin and Paris. Starting 2008 Mitichi began to collaborate with AGERPRES Romanian National Press Agency and he published his work in all national press and some fashion magazines like Glamour, Maxim, Interviu.

Exhibitions
His first exhibition took place in Bucharest, at Anaid Gallery in February 2008. At the end of the same year a new exhibition was set at the launching of M calendar at Sala Thalia, Sibiu. A new exhibition was set in Bucharest during Style & Nature event
