Monastir Military High School


The Monastir Military High School, established in 1847, was one of the three-year educational military high schools of the Ottoman Empire. It was located in Monastir. The buildings of the school have been used as museums since 1934 .
The other military high schools of the Ottoman Empire were: Constantinople Military High School and Bursa Military High School, both founded in 1846; the Edirne Military High School and Monastir Military High School, founded in 1847; the Damascus Military High School, founded in 1848; the Erzurum Military High School, founded in 1873; and the Baghdad Military High School, founded in 1876.
