Mount Dwyer
in the
Athos Range
of the
Prince Charles Mountains
. It was
observed
from the
Stinear Nunataks
in
1954
by an
Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions
party
led by
Robert
G. Dovers,
officer in charge
at
Mawson Station
, and its position was plotted in
December 1955
by a party led by
John Béchervaise
. It was named by the
Antarctic Names Committee of Australia
for Robert G. Dovers.
