Murat Erdoğan is an English footballer of Turkish descent.Playing career
Murat is a left-footed, midfielder, who scored 48 goals during 410 professional appearances.
During his career Murat played for Mersin İdman Yurdu, İstanbulspor, Gaziantepspor, Galatasaray, Malatyaspor, Ankaraspor, Sakaryaspor, MKE Ankaragücü, Sivasspor, Kasımpaşa, and Manisaspor.
In September 2009, Murat moved to Kasımpaşa S.K. before returning to Mersin İdman Yurdu, where he ended his professional football career, playing for the team he first signed for sixteen years previously.Professional career
From 2016 to 2018 Murat was the Chairman and co-owner of Tuzlaspor.
Murat worked as Sporting Director for Konyaspor from 2015 to 2016 alongside Aykut Kocaman. During that time he attended a leaders conference held at the Emirates Stadium with Guus Hiddink, Fatih Terim, Şenol Güneş, Aykut Kocaman and Roberto Carlos.
Prior to that Murat worked for Sivasspor as Sporting Director from June 2013 until February 2014 with the club's Manager Roberto Carlos.Personal
