Na'ameh


Na'ameh or Haret en Naameh is a Lebanese coastal town which is located in Chouf District, an administrative division of Mount Lebanon Governorate. Naameh was the site of protests regarding waste disposal in 2014.
Currently the region hosts a small minority of Christian Maronites and Druze of about 4000 in Naameh and a large majority of Sunni Muslims with a population of 15,000 Lebanese and a lot of Syrian refugees in Haret en Naameh.
