Naina (song)


"Naina" is an Indian film song from the soundtrack of the feature film Dangal. It is sung by Arijit Singh, with music composed by Pritam Chakraborty and lyrics written by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

Critical reception

In a review, Bollywood Hungama wrote, "Can we ever find fault in Arijit singing, this song would go in the playlist of Arijit Singh's ardent fans."
In its review, Livemint considers the opening stanza of the song, also called 'mukhda' in Hindi, as "Devotional", they wrote: "There is a lovely chord-change where the soft percussions kick in. This part really makes the song. It has a sublime, lingering quality that grows on you."
Koimoi in its review, highlighted the shortness of the song but acclaimed the singing of Arijit Singh and the composition by Pritam.
