Nakayama Shrine
Nakayama Shrine is a Shinto shrine in Tsuyama, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. The main kami enshrined at Nakayama Jinja is Kagamitsukuri no kami, the god of mirror-making. It was formerly a national shrine of the second rank in the Modern system of ranked Shinto Shrines. The shrine was established in 707. It was the ichinomiya of the former Mimasaka Province.
The shrine's main festival is held annually on April 29.
