Nashville Squares

Nashville Squares is an American game show broadcast on CMT. It is a country music-themed spinoff of Hip Hop Squares, itself based on the classic game show Hollywood Squares, and is produced by CMT, whose parent company ViacomCBS owns the format. It is hosted by Bob Saget, who is assisted by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, with live music supplied by "The X-O Band".
The show's executive producers are Jesse Collins and Dionne Harmon from Jesse Collins Entertainment, while Neal Konstantini serves as co-executive producer/showrunner. The series is directed by Ivan Dudynsky. Candida Boyette-Clemons and Trevor Rose are executive producers for CMT, with Leslie Fram as executive-in-charge of music. The show premiered with two episodes on November 1, 2019.

Gameplay

Two celebrities play the game and win money for members of the studio audience. Traditional game rules are in effect, although the celebrity in control presses a green button to agree or red button to disagree.
To make their decision, the celebrity who is in control must press one of two buttons in front of them: a green button to agree, or red to disagree.
A win is worth $1,000 in the first round and $2,000 in the second. In addition, each captured square is worth a random cash amount revealed when a star is chosen, and the Secret Square is always featured in the first game. The celebrity contestant with the higher score when a sounder alerts that time in the entire game is up wins the game and plays the bonus round with their designated audience member.
The bonus round utilizes a cross between the 1998 version's later seasons and the 1980s John Davidson version, in which the nine squares each have keys, one of which activates a 2019 Jeep Compass. The winning fan selects a star to try his/her key with, and then a question previously posed to the entire panel before the show is asked. To assist, host Bob Saget narrows the field down to three stars, all in a tic-tac-toe pattern; the winning fan then picks the star s/he thinks the chosen star selected. A correct decision doubles the cash, but an incorrect decision wins nothing extra. Either way, the winning fan tries the chosen key, and if it works, he/she wins the car if not then the still keep the money.
