Neil Levine (art historian)
Neil Levine is Emmet Blakeney Gleason Professor of the History of Art and Architecture at Harvard University. He was Slade Professor of Fine Art at the University of Cambridge, 1994-95. His lectures during his Slade professorship were collected in his book, Modern Architecture: Representation and Reality, published by Yale University Press in 2010. He is a specialist in the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. His 2015 book The Urbanism of Frank Lloyd Wright, was the first to examine in depth Wright's plans for the city. It won the 2017 PROSE Award in Architecture & Urban Planning from the Association of American Publishers.Selected publications
