Nepadutant
Nepadutant is a glycosylated bicyclic cyclohexapeptide drug which acts as a highly selective NK2 receptor antagonist. It was developed by the Menarini Group and investigated for the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders and asthma but was never marketed.
