Newport High School (Oregon) Newport High School is a public high school located in Newport, Oregon, United States . It is one of five high schools in the Lincoln County School District . As of 2008, the school offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme .Academics In 2008, 67% of the school's seniors received a high school diploma .
