Nordic-Baltic Choral Festival Nordic-Baltic Choral Festival is a biennial music festival for Nordic and Baltic choirs organised by a national association of one of the Nordic or Baltic countries . Launched by Latvian conductor Imants Kokars in 1995, every edition so far has gathered several thousands of singers.Editions Inspired by the festival, the Nordic Singers Association organises its own all-male choral festival about every five years, the Nordic-Baltic Male Choir Festival which took place twice so far, with the third edition being held in May 2016 in Reykjavík.
