Nové Hrady (České Budějovice District) Nové Hrady German name of Gratzen , is a small town in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic . It has around 2,600 inhabitants.Gratzen Mountains , which are named after the town , close to the Czech-Austrian border.
