Ocean Bank


Ocean Bank is the largest independent state-chartered commercial bank headquartered in Florida. Founded in 1982, Ocean Bank traditionally has been a bank used by real estate developers, construction companies, and land owners. The bank also is aggressively positioned in the domestic and international private banking industry and in commercial and industrial loans.
The bank offers its customers financial products that include 24-hour banking services, mobile banking, commercial and personal loans, factoring, cash management, and merchant card services. With $3.9 billion in assets and 700 employees, it is one of the five largest banks in Miami-Dade County, Florida, where Ocean Bank has most of its 20 branches.
