Oudorp
Oudorp is a village in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is located in the municipality of Alkmaar, about east of the city centre.
During the Siege of Alkmaar in 1573, the Spanish army was stationed in Oudorp.
Oudorp was a separate municipality between 1817 and 1972, when it was merged with Alkmaar.
Oudorp has become more of a neighbourhood of Alkmaar ever since in the 1970s and the 1980s the area around it had been built up to become a residential area. The residential area connected Oudorp with the city of Alkmaar.
