PDA College of Engineering Poojya Dodappa Appa College of Engineering is located at Gulbarga in the state of Karnataka, India .Karnataka Education society. The college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University and approved by AICTE. It is the first college to start Ceramics and Cement Technology course in South India and it is the first college to start E&C department in Karnataka.
