Pan Road


Pan Road is a road in Bangkok in Silom area, Bang Rak sub-district, Bangrak district, is a short 480 meters long, It connects between Silom and North Sathon Roads.
It is named after who dedicated own land built up the road is Mrs. Pan Watcharapai, who was the wife of Luang Uppakankosakon at the corner of the road at Silom side. It's the site of Sri Maha Mariamman Temple, an one major Bangkok's house of worship of Hinduism, be the cause of ordinary people called this road Soi Wat Khaek or Trok Wat Khaek.
Pan Road is a place where there are some Modaks and other offerings shops for Ganesh, and also restaurants with cafés, as well as a large number of bars or galleries etc.
