Panattoni Development Company is an international real estate developer specializing in industrial real estate and warehouses. It has 30 investment management offices in 200 European and American cities. The company has delivered over 14 million square meters of industrial space, including 2 million square meters of warehouse space in Europe.
The company was founded in 1986 in the USA by Carl Panattoni. In the following years, Panattoni expanded its presence in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Poland and other European countries.
In July 2020, Panattoni Development Europe has purchased an undeveloped land situated in Gdansk. The project would have a combined storage area of about 34,000 sq.m.
