Park Sung-hwa


Park Sung-hwa is a South Korea football manager and a retired football player.

Managerial career

Following his playing career, Park became a manager, and led the South Korea under-20 side to the 2003 and 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship.
Park was the head coach of Myanmar and Myanmar under-23, until his dismissal on 16 December 2013, two weeks before his contract ran out. His sacking was caused by the defeat of Myanmar under-23 team to Indonesia under-23 in the group stage of the 2013 Southeast Asian Games by 1-0, which eliminated the hosts from the knockout stages.
