Pascal Chaigneau


Pascal Chaigneau - French lawyer and university teacher. He was born on February 8, 1956. He graduated from the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences. He was awarded the Officer of the Legion of Honour, the Commander of the National Order of Merit, the Commander of the French Order of Academic Palms, the Officer of the Order of Maritime Merit, the Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres‎, the Officer of the National Order of Merit, the Knight of the Legion of Honour.
