Patrick Pigneter
Patrick Pigneter is an Italian luger who has competed since 2007. A natural track luger, he won nine medals at the FIL World Luge Natural Track Championships with four golds, two silvers, and three bronzes.
Pigneter won six medals at the FIL European Luge Natural Track Championships with two golds, two silvers and two bronzes.
Pigneter's father, Raimund, competed in natural track luge from the late 1970s to the mid-1980s.
