Paulina Aguirre


Paulina Aguirre is an Ecuadorian singer/songwriter, humanitarian and 2009 Latin Grammy Winner. Paulina has 4 nominations for the Latin Grammy
In 2007 Paulina released her first solo album titled, "Mujer de Fe", produced by Pablo Aguirre. The album features duets with Latin rap artist, Gerardo on "Nada Va a Separarme"; as well as Juan Carlos Rodriguez, on "Eres Mi Refugio". The aforementioned song was chosen as part of "Vive, Lo Mejor de La Música Cristiana", a compilation album under Mucho Fruto Music and distributed by Fonovisa /Universal Music Latin Entertainment. Mujer de Fe also received the 2007 Latin Grammy Nomination for Best Christian Album.

Career

In 2009 Paulina released her second recording project entitled, "Esperando Tu Voz", produced by Pablo Aguirre. The album features a duet with Armando Manzanero on "Cuando me Vaya de Aquí" and This musical work is charged with a fusion of Pop/Rock, Andean Music, and a 40-piece orchestra. Esperando Tu Voz received the 2009 Latin Grammy for Best Christian Album and the 2009 for best Duet for "Cuando me Vaya de Aqui".
On 2012 Paulina released her solo album "Rompe el Silencio" a non-violence message for women, also nominated for Latin Grammy on 2012.
Paulina got a nomination on 2014 for Best Regional Song with Mariachi Divas for the Latin Grammys.
It was recently reported by VidaEnElValle.com that Paulina Aguirre is currently working with Taboo.
