Pavel Novitsky (photographer)
Pavel Ivanovich Novitsky was a Russian/Soviet photographer.
He was the photographer of the SS Chelyuskin steamship arctic expedition. For his heroism during the sinking of the Chelyuskin he was awarded the Order of the Red Star.
