Peeter Tulviste


Peeter Tulviste - politician and rector from Estonia. He was born on October 28, 1945 in Tallinn and died on March 11, 2017. He graduated from the MSU Faculty of Psychology. He was awarded the Order of the National Coat of Arms, 3rd Class, the Tartu Medal, the honorary doctor of the Voronezh State University, the Order of the National Coat of Arms, 4th Class, the Order of the Polar Star - Commander's Grand Cross.
