Peter Mills (composer) Peter Mills is an American musical theatre composer and lyricist. He won the third Fred Ebb award in 2007.Career After graduating from Princeton University with a degree in english/dramatic literature, he then acquired his MFA in musical theatre writing at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts .
