Phasmarhabditis


Phasmarhabditis is a genus of bacterial-feeding nematodes which are facultative parasites that primary host are terrestrial gastropods. The name comes from Greek: Phasma- ; rhabditis = rod-like. The Phasmarhabditis genus contains Phasmarhabditis hermaphrodita, Phasmarhabditis neopapillosa & Phasmarhabditis californica.
