Piʻilaniwahine

Piʻilaniwahine II was a Hawaiian High Chiefess. She was of very noble ancestry and is known to us today from the old chants.
She lived in ancient Hawaii; her mother was Kekaikuʻihala I and her father was Kalanikaumakaowākea.
Piʻilaniwahine married twice. First she married Ahu-a-ʻI; their child was Queen Lonomaʻaikanaka of Hawaiʻi. Piʻilaniwahine's second husband was Moanakāne, son of Keākealani Kāne. Their son was named Lono, after the god.
It is unknown when Piʻilaniwahine died.
