Pionair Australia is a passenger and cargo airline based at Sydney Bankstown Airport.

History

Pionair Australia has been operating for over 20 years, specialising in both dangerous and non-dangerous cargo transport, FIFO operations and charter transport. The airline holds an IAOC permit, allowing the airline to operate and carry passengers and cargo anywhere in the world. Since 2016, Pionair Australia operates Virgin Australia Cargo flights under contract via TNT.
As at April 2020 the company has 5 BAe146 Freighters and 4 Bae146 Passenger aircraft
The first of two Embraer E190-E2 were delivered in January 2020 for operations on behalf of Air Kiribatti, scheduled start Mid 2020
