Plaza South Tower


The Plaza South Tower is a 20-story office building in downtown Orlando, Florida. The building was completed in 2006 and is part of a three building mixed-use complex known as The Plaza. The other buildings include the Solaire at the Plaza, which is residential condominiums, and The Plaza North Tower.
The Plaza South Tower has the largest single office space in Orlando, FL. The 10th floor can reach a maximum of approximately 50,000 square feet and features multiple conference rooms, private work or collaborative rooms, snack bar, server room, two movie or game rooms, multiple back lit projection screens, balcony and a large open area for work stations. Currently the space is available for lease, as of Nov. 16, 2016.
Other amenities at the Plaza Complex include a movie theater, restaurants and an onsite parking garage. The Plaza Tower Complex is within walking distance of the City of Orlando government building, the AMWAY Center and the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. The 11th floor patio, overlooking the city, is available to rent for business events and weddings.
The Plaza South Tower is an office condominium association and has been professional managed by since January 2009. The management office is located at 189 S. Chase Bank currently has the naming rights and their name is at the top of the Plaza South Tower. The Plaza South Tower is often mistakenly referred to as the "Chase Plaza" building. Due to the condominium documents, the naming rights do not extend to the entire Plaza South Tower, only the courtyard between the North & South Towers.
