Pohutu Geyser
Pohutu Geyser is a geyser in the Whakarewarewa Thermal Valley, Rotorua, in the North Island of New Zealand. Pohutu means "big splash" or "explosion".
The main geyser of the area, and the largest in New Zealand, it spurts up to twenty times per day and can reach heights of up to 30 metres.
It is possible to reach Pohutu Geyser in the Whakarewarewa geothermal park.
