Potok, Straža Potok settlement on the right bank of the Krka River in the Municipality of Straža in the historical region of Lower Carniola of Slovenia . The municipality is now included in the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region .Name The name of the settlement literally means 'creek, stream'. Potok Creek , a tributary of the Krka River , flows through the village . The name of the settlement was changed from Potok to Potok pri Gorenji Straži in 1953 . The name was changed back to Potok in 1988 .
