Primate's Square
Primate's Square is a square situated in the middle of the Old Town of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. It is located between Slovak National Uprising Square and Main Square.
It is named after the Primate's Palace which stands on the southern side of the square. A Tourist Information Visitors Centre and Municipality of Bratislava are also found on the square. A narrow passage leads off from the northwest corner and down the side of the Jesuit Church to Main Square and the Old Town Hall.Name
In the past the square was named Jatočné Square, Obilné Square, Jánovo Square. Later, it was called Batthyányho Square.Description
