Rafael Couchoud Sebastiá
Rafael Couchoud Sebastiá - civil engineer from Spain. He was born on January 8, 1914 in Valencia and died on February 19, 1990 in Madrid. He graduated from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid). He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit, the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise.
